Job Description
· Conduct market surveys and interact with customers to understand food preferences, spending habits, and buying behaviour.
· Analyze competitors' menu, pricing, packaging, service quality, promotions, and customer experience.
· Monitor Swiggy, Zomato, Google Reviews, and social media to identify trends and customer feedback.
· Recommend pricing strategies, combo offers, and promotional ideas.
· Identify and evaluate new business locations through footfall studies, demographic analysis, and competitor mapping.
· Prepare feasibility reports and business expansion recommendations.
· Support product and menu development by identifying market trends and customer demand.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and present findings to management.
