Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations at Electronic Hub. This role involves managing recruitment, employee management, compliance, discipline, and building a structured HR system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end hiring across all departments
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Employee Management

  • Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR database
  • Handle employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution

Attendance, Payroll & Discipline

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and working hours
  • Coordinate payroll processing with accounts team
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and company rules
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements
  • Handle all HR-related legal and documentation processes

Performance Management

  • Assist in setting KPIs and performance evaluation systems
  • Conduct performance reviews and support appraisal processes
  • Work with management on promotions and salary revisions

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Build a positive and productive work culture
  • Improve employee retention and satisfaction

HR Operations & Strategy

  • Develop and implement HR systems and processes
  • Support management in scaling the team and improving structure
  • Provide regular HR reports and updates to management
  • Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor laws
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities independently
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
