Job Description

Prepare and maintain daily sales and purchase invoices.

Maintain ledgers and accounting records accurately.

Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

Manage GST-related entries and documentation.

Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and other financial documents.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and management regarding accounts.

Ensure all accounting records are updated and error-free.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
