Reels Editor / Short-Form Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Reels Editor who can create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of trending reel formats, hooks, pacing, music sync, speed ramping, transitions, captions, and social media storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form ad videos.
• Create engaging videos with strong hooks, smooth cuts, speed ramps, transitions, text overlays, and sound effects.
• Sync visuals with trending audio, beats, and background music.
• Add captions, subtitles, motion text, and basic graphics where required.
• Understand brand tone and create videos suitable for different industries.
• Work with raw footage, b-rolls, product shots, talking-head videos, and AI-generated visuals.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short, high-retention clips.
• Deliver videos on time as per daily content requirements.
• Stay updated with reel trends, editing styles, and social media formats.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Good sense of timing, pacing, music, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in speed ramping, transitions, subtitles, color correction, and sound design.
• Ability to edit fast without compromising quality.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content formats.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in reels, social media, or short-form video editing.

Agency experience is an added advantage.

Experience in editing content for brands, influencers, restaurants, salons, education, real estate, or lifestyle businesses will be preferred.
