Senior Sales Head

Job Title: Sales Head – HORECA

Location: Jaipur

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage the company's sales and marketing operations in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the HORECA segment.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional clients.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the HORECA, hospitality, FMCG, coffee equipment, or food service industry.
• Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, marketing strategies, and key account management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
