About Us:

GrowthWiser is a startup consulting and business growth company that helps startups, MSMEs, and organizations with government schemes, funding, compliance, branding, and business growth solutions. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage both our company's digital presence and our clients' digital marketing activities.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute complete digital marketing strategies.
• Shoot high-quality reels and promotional videos.
• Edit videos and create engaging social media content.
• Design and publish regular posts, stories, and creatives.
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate leads through paid and organic marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Create content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content.
• Handle digital marketing activities for GrowthWiser as well as for our clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development team for marketing campaigns.
• Required Skills:
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Video shooting and mobile photography skills.
• Video editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
• Social media management experience.
• Basic graphic designing knowledge (Canva/Photoshop is a plus).
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
