Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire sales function, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance levels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Implement best practices and innovative sales techniques to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
