Job SummaryRivowa Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company's products and services to businesses.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
- Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in industrial, manufacturing, packaging, or corporate sales.
- Existing network of business contacts is an advantage.
