Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Telecalling Agent to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and promote our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

Explain real estate projects clearly and professionally

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

Schedule site visits and follow-ups with interested clients

Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic client queries

Requirements

Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate preferred)

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Basic knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Good command of Hindi, English (Gujarati is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
