Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Title: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Noida

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should either be a CA dropout or a graduate with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm. The candidate should possess practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and accounting in Tally

• Preparation of GST returns and related compliance

• TDS calculation, return filing, and reconciliation

• Assisting in Income Tax Return preparation and filing

• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

• Preparation of financial statements and MIS reports

• Coordination with clients for accounting and compliance requirements

• Support during audits and statutory compliance activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• CA Inter/CA Dropout candidates preferred

OR

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA graduates with minimum 2–3 years of experience in a CA firm

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles

• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling multiple clients

• Knowledge of ROC compliance will be an added advantage

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
