As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

•⁠ Lead Conversion & Client Acquisition – Engage with inbound and outbound leads, including startups, MSMEs, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.

•⁠ Sales Pitching & Closures – Confidently present FilingPro services in Hindi and English and close deals.

⁠•⁠ Relationship Management – Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.

⁠•⁠ Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.

•⁠ Target Achievement – Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

𝐖𝐡𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

•⁠ Experience – Minimum 0 - 1 year of experience in a similar sales/business development role (B2B/B2C preferred).

⁠•⁠ Language Skills – Fluent in spoken Hindi and comfortable communicating in English.

•⁠ Sales Mindset – Target-driven, persuasive, and confident in negotiations.

•⁠ Relationship Builder – Strong communication, listening, and client-handling skills

•⁠ Execution-Oriented – Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

•⁠ Salary – ₹12,000-₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives (no cap)

•⁠ Work Mode – WFO(Kolkata, New Town)
