Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, promoting software solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and implementation.
- Update CRM and maintain sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and business software solutions.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to conduct online and offline presentations.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales tools.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or equivalent).
- 1–5 years of experience in IT/software sales or business development.
