Job Description
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards.
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
Operate coffee machines and other cafe equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe and work area.
Handle cash, billing, and POS transactions.
Ensure product quality and presentation standards are maintained.
Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory as required.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and product information.
Follow food safety and health regulations.
Support the team in daily cafe operations.
