Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role focuses on providing accurate information, assisting customers with their queries, and creating awareness about our products and services. This is a non-sales role, with no selling or target-based responsibilities.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide information about company products and services.
- Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
