Business Manager
📍Location: Chennai
Job Responsibilities
* Generate and convert qualified leads into sales.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
* Schedule and conduct site visits.
* Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
* Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams for smooth booking and documentation.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Sales experience is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
* Passion for sales and customer handling.
* Willingness to travel for site visits.
