Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Visit real estate agents, builders, and property owners in assigned territories.
  • Generate new business opportunities and onboard clients to RoyalNivas.com.
  • Explain platform features, listing plans, and premium services.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Assist clients in posting and managing property listings.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct market surveys and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.


Requirements


  • Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales (Real Estate).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
  • Familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
