We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive with Across Assist Pvt. Ltd.

 Location: Sector 44, Gurugram

 Industry: BPO / Customer Support

 Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–5 Years)

 Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹20,000 In-hand + PF + Insurance
• Experienced: Up to ₹4 LPA (Based on experience)

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good coordination and documentation skills.
• Team player with a customer-centric approach.
• Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support/Call Center is preferred but not mandatory.
• EligibilityFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in BPO, Customer Support, or Call Centers will be given preference.
• Must be comfortable working from the Gurugram office.
