Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive
Department: Logistics / Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to deliver orders safely and on time to customers. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, excellent customer service skills, and a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick up orders from the warehouse/store and deliver them to customers within the assigned area.
- Ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of packages.
- Verify order details before dispatch and obtain customer confirmation or signature upon delivery.
- Collect cash or digital payments when required.
- Use GPS and navigation apps to follow the most efficient delivery routes.
- Maintain delivery records and update order status in the company app.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
