Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles and machinery. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair coordination, spare parts procurement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company vehicles and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Arrange spare parts, service, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records of vehicles, machinery, EMI schedules, permits, road tax, insurance, PUC, fitness certificates, and other compliance documents.
• Track service history, maintenance costs, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate the hiring and management of drivers/operators as required.
• Evaluate requirements for new vehicles and machinery, compare technical specifications, obtain quotations, and coordinate the procurement process.
• Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and OEMs for servicing, warranty claims, and technical support.
• Ensure maximum vehicle uptime and compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation related to fleet and equipment management.
