Key Responsibilities:
* Attend and counsel patients for hair and skin treatments
* Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable treatment plans
* Explain procedures, pricing, and expected results clearly
* Handle walk-ins, leads, and appointment consultations
* Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and existing clients
* Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
* Maintain patient records and consultation details
Sales Responsibilities:
* Convert leads into treatments and achieve monthly targets
* Upsell and cross-sell treatments and packages
* Ensure high conversion ratio from consultations
* Follow up regularly to close pending leads
* Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Skills & Requirements:
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
* Good understanding of hair and skin treatments
* Presentable and professional personality
* Ability to handle objections and close deals
* Basic knowledge of CRM / lead management
