Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage our e-commerce website, digital marketing initiatives, and online order operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless website performance, optimize online sales, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, categories, pricing, and website content.
• Monitor abandoned carts and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Prepare product, sales, and purchase performance reports.
• Coordinate website updates, redesigns, and resolve technical or server-related issues with the development team.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and coordinate shipments through Shiprocket.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day website operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer experience.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, Meta Ads, Shiprocket, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
