1. Customer consulting

- Responsible to new inquiry focus and completion.

- Company standards demonstration with client along with legal documentation.

- Quotation negotiation with clients in the best offers for both company and clients.

- Descriptive work flow explanations with clients to prepare and plan to support for work. - Complete terms of payment and warranty terms to be clarified with clients without any doubts.

- Complete responsible for payment collection with Costumers as per payment break ups given at quotation.

- Documents preparation and undersign of all documents required for projects work.

- All necessary documents maintenance for monthly/annual audits.

- Descriptive work and quality requirements document preparation for application team.

- Responsible to clear each and every minor Customer detail requirement with application team.

2. Application

- Paint/waterproof/Texture contractor work process preparation.

- Responsible to material optimizations and controls on project.

- Work Quality monitoring and correction with contractor.

- Interaction with client regarding their requirements and actual work process. - Responsible to coordinate stating and completion of project period.

- 100% evaluations of work against actual progress.

- Contractor safety training and behavior work man training at site without any dispute with client.

- Coordination of material requirements of site in perfect manner without any changes time to time until completing work.

- Contractor rework and mistakes 100% optimizations within the stipulated schedule planned.

- Coordinating of suitable suggestions and changes need to Customers interns of commercial if any deviations in the quotation.
