📝 Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing of Aluform, Aluframe, and Custom Formwork Systems. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, manpower management, and timely dispatch of materials while ensuring high productivity and safety standards.
- 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily production activities.
- Supervise the manufacturing of Aluform, Aluframe, and Custom Formwork Systems.
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules.
- Ensure product quality as per engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor raw material availability and production targets.
- Maintain safety standards and shop-floor discipline.
- Reduce production wastage and improve productivity.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished materials.
- 🎓 EducationDiploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Civil Engineering
- 💼 Experience3–4 years in Production / Manufacturing
- Experience in Aluminium Fabrication, Formwork, Steel Fabrication, or Engineering Manufacturing preferred.
