Job Description

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction. 
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Present products or services to customers, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals. 
  • Sales Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales progress, track performance against targets, and generate reports. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities. 
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as logistics, installation, accounts to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Sales Strategies: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans. 
  • Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient stock of products to meet customer needs. 
  • Problem Solving: Address customer queries, complaints, and issues to ensure satisfaction. 
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data. 
  • Industry Engagement: Promoting company products to Government & other institutional customers
