Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee overall facility management operations.
Manage housekeeping, security, technical, and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Monitor budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.
Handle client relationships and resolve operational issues.
Prepare reports and improve service quality.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facility management.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping, security, and maintenance operations.
