Job Title: CNC / VMC Operator
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking CNC / VMC Operators to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates should be willing to work in shifts and follow production and quality standards.
- EligibilityQualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Experience: Freshers to 5 years
- Freshers with basic CNC/VMC knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperate
- CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read engineering drawings and job instructions.
- Perform machine setup and tool changes (for experienced candidates).
- Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality standards and production targets.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness.
- Report machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings (preferred).
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good learning attitude and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
