- Opening and closing the office.
- Cleaning office rooms, desks, and common areas.
- Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Delivering files, documents, and letters between departments.
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Collecting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assisting with office errands, such as bank or courier work.
- Arranging meeting rooms and providing support during meetings.
- Maintaining office supplies such as paper, stationery, and pantry items.
- Helping visitors and guiding them to the appropriate department.
- Reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the administration.
- Following instructions from office managers or administrative staff.
