Position: Accounts Executive / Billing Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and billing operations. Candidates with prior accounting experience as well as freshers willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle billing, invoice generation, and payment entries.
* Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
* Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Perform voucher entries, cash handling, and bank reconciliation.
* Assist in GST billing, documentation, and basic compliance work.
* Prepare reports using MS Excel and accounting software.
* Ensure proper record keeping and accurate documentation.
Eligibility
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* No specific degree is mandatory; candidates with knowledge of accounting, billing, Tally, MS Excel, or similar software will be preferred.
