Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely order processing and accurate inventory management.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Control warehouse costs and improve productivity.
- QualificationBachelor's Degree in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
- Experience5–8 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- SkillsLeadership and team management
- Inventory and warehouse management
- MS Excel, WMS/ERP knowledge
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
