Inside Sales Executive

Broadus Businesses Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and be passionate about sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

• Candidates residing in or willing to commute to Noida are preferred.
