We are looking for a sincere, organised, and proactive Office Assistant who can efficiently support our day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities• Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.

• Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors.

• Handle documentation, filing, scanning, printing, and record management.

• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and databases.

• Draft basic emails, letters, and official documents.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.

• Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office supplies.

• Maintain office inventory and ensure timely procurement of required materials.

• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.

• Follow up with clients, vendors, and service providers whenever required.

• Organise physical and digital files systematically.

• Assist the management team with day-to-day operational activities.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.

• Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Desired Skills• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for office productivity.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Professional attitude and positive work ethic.

• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

Eligibility• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers with excellent organisational skills may apply.

• Prior administrative or office management experience will be an added advantage.

• Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Noida will be preferred.

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
