Job Description
- Attend to walk-in customers and online/offline leads.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives for customers.
- Generate new sales opportunities through follow-ups, referrals, and networking.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into vehicle sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership objectives.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for loan and insurance requirements.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, offers, and competitor products.
