Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesCall existing and potential customers to generate sales.
- Explain products, prices, offers and availability.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records, customer remarks and follow-up dates.
- Share quotations and coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams.
- Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and handle basic queries.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling or inside sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and customer follow-up.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and English.
- Kannada language knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be confident, responsible and target-oriented.
- Preference will be given to candidates living near Peenya or nearby areas.
- Employment BenefitsThree-month probation period.
- After successful completion of probation, the candidate will be moved to the company payroll.
