About the Role

Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking energetic and ambitious sales professionals to join its Agency Channel team as an Associate Agency Development Manager. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors while driving life insurance business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Recruitment

Recruit and onboard quality insurance advisors.

Build and develop a productive advisor network.

Conduct regular meetings with advisors to enhance performance.

Sales & Business Development

Generate life insurance business through advisors.

Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy sales.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Drive business growth in the assigned market.

Training & Development

Train advisors on life insurance products, sales techniques, and customer servicing.

Provide continuous guidance and motivation to advisors.

Help advisors improve productivity and business performance.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

Ensure excellent customer service and policy persistency.

Resolve advisor and customer queries effectively.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Monitor advisor activities and business performance.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Graduation Mandatory

✅ Minimum 6 Months of Sales Experience (Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, Broking, or any Direct Sales)

✅ Age Criteria as per Company Norms

✅ Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills

✅ Willingness to Work in Field Sales

✅ Target-Oriented and Self-Motivated Personality

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

Experience in Sales, Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Agency, Direct Sales, or Financial Services.
