WE ARE HIRING – ESTATE MANAGER
Goldfox Security & Facilities Management is looking for an experienced Estate Manager for a Residential Group Housing Society in Ghaziabad.

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of the residential society.
- Supervision of security, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Resident grievance handling and customer service.
- Coordination with RWA/AOA, vendors and contractors.
- Daily operations, statutory compliance and documentation.
- Monitoring of housekeeping standards, security operations and common area maintenance.
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estate Manager, Facility Manager or Society Manager.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of society operations, vendor management and facilities management.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Salary
Negotiable (Best in the industry, based on experience).
