Job Description

  • Handle data entry activities with accuracy and maintain records in Excel/systems.
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/candidates for follow-ups and coordination.
  • Update and maintain databases, reports, and daily status trackers.
  • Coordinate with team members for document collection and information updates.
  • Ensure timely response to calls, emails, and queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of data and records.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and support administrative activities.
