Factory Worker

Position: Operations Executive – CNC Manufacturing Unit

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and responsible individual to manage day-to-day operations of our CNC manufacturing unit. This role requires someone who can take ownership, coordinate multiple tasks, and ensure smooth execution of factory setup and operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate factory setup activities (vendors, technicians, installations)

- Follow up with suppliers, workers, and service providers

- Manage purchase orders, materials, and inventory tracking

- Maintain records, invoices, and basic documentation

- Assist in scheduling work, deliveries, and operations

- Ensure work is completed on time by regularly following up

- Handle basic communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails)

- Support owners in daily operational tasks

### Requirements:

- Good communication and follow-up skills

- Highly organized and responsible

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred

- Prior experience in factory/operations/admin role is a plus

- Must be proactive (not someone who waits for instructions)
