  • Team ManagementLead, motivate, and manage a team of delivery partners.
  • Conduct daily shift briefings and debriefings.
  • Prepare and manage rider rosters and shift allocations.
  • Monitor rider attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Handle rider grievances and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new riders.
