Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive – E-Sales to expand our customer base and increase sales through field visits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing dealer and retailer relationships, generating online leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Visit distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients to promote company products.
- Generate sales through online platforms, WhatsApp Business, email, and phone calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for timely order processing and delivery.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and dealer meets.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
- Diploma or equivalent candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or e-commerce sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and digital sales channels.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
