Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our automobile sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automobile sales, team management, and customer relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, and leading the sales team effectively.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily sales operations of the automobile showroom.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
