Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products, generate leads, and close sales via calls and WhatsApp. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
  • Explain company products and offers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Share catalogues, price lists, and details via WhatsApp/email.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain customer database and daily call records.
  • Coordinate with sales team for order processing and dispatch.
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • Confident speaking and convincing ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp/CRM.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus.

Qualification

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
