Job Description

·        Order processing – Receiving, viewing and processing customers’ orders ensuring that all necessary details are accurately recorded

·        Tracking orders – Monitoring the status of customer order from placement to delivery.

·        Collecting and verifying the new dealer application form and related supportive documents.

·        Coordination with production/dispatch team for ensuring the availability of product

·        Guiding the sales executives to use Employee connect App

·        Preparing sales executives sales report – Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly

·        Preparing sales executive’s performance report against the given target

·        Outstanding, Sales and collection report

·        Coordinating for promotional activities

·        Coordination with logistic team to ensure that products are shipped.

·        Handling complaints: Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints.

·        Communication with sales team

·        To maintain database of sales team
