Job Description
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads to introduce visa consultancy services.
Lead Conversion: Persuade interested candidates and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Customer Support: Handle incoming queries related to visa processes and provide accurate information.
Database Management: Maintain and update daily call logs and customer information in the system.
Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure high conversion rates.
