Job Description
Back Office Staff – Job Role
Position: Back Office Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Perform accurate data entry and documentation.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports.
- Verify and process customer/application documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communication.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Assist in KYC verification and document processing (if required).
- Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all company data.
- Follow company policies and complete assigned work within deadlines.
