Telecalling Executive – Collections Department

We are looking for dedicated and responsible Telecalling Executives to join our Collections Department. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone regarding payment follow-ups and collection activities.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Update call records and collection status accurately.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Coordinate with team members and supervisors regarding customer responses.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Prior experience in telecalling or collections is an added advantage.
