Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and operate Jyoti DX 350 CNC Turning Machine (Siemens Controller).
  • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
  • Read engineering drawings and maintain specified tolerances.
  • Perform tool setting, offset setting, and first-piece approval.
  • Ensure production quality and achieve daily targets.
  • Inspect components using precision measuring instruments.
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
  • Maintain machine, tooling, and workplace safety.

Requirements

  • Tool Room experience is mandatory.
  • 3–5 years of CNC Turning Setting & Programming experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens Controller.
  • Strong knowledge of G & M Codes and machining processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Salary & Benefits
