Job Description
- Shaft rotor balancing
- Fit, align, and assemble motor parts, bearings, and shafts.
- Use hand and power tools like torque wrenches and pneumatic guns.
- Verify that parts meet exact tolerance levels and specifications.
- Perform functional tests to confirm smooth operation and torque.
- Identify and report defective components to the floor supervisor.
- Maintain a clean workspace aligning with 5S methodologies
