Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the customer service back-office team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2.Technician Coordination:

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of field technicians for home appliance repairs, pump installations, and water purifier maintenance.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet service demands.

3.Service Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor service quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of field technicians' performance and provide feedback for improvement.

4.Customer Interaction:

  • Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

5. Inventory and Logistics Management:

  • Supervise inventory levels for replacement parts and equipment, coordinating with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely availability.
  • Streamline processes to optimize inventory and minimize downtime.

6.Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate and analyze reports on service activities, customer feedback, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a managerial role within customer service, preferably in the home appliances or water systems industry.
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Technical knowledge of home appliances, pumps, and water purifiers is advantageous.
  5. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
