Position– Inside Sales Executive

Location:Vashi

Company: Siddhivinayak Liaisoning & Advisory Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound Calls.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and references.
• Explain company services and compliance requirements to prospective clients.
• Generate quotations and proposals for clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
• Build and maintain strong Client relationships.
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth service delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Ability to handle client objections and close sales.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Qualification

• HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, BPO sales, or consulting sales preferred.

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
