KHOOBI – Store Manager Recruitment Announcement
Position Name: Store Manager – KHOOBI Premium Silver Jewelry
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting To: Founders / Management
Purpose of the Role: To effectively lead overall showroom sales, store operations, customer experience, team management, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Increase sales of bridal and occasion jewelry.
- Improve average bill value and conversion ratio.
- Monitor daily sales performance.
2. Team Management
- Lead and mentor the store team.
- Organize daily meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
- Manage staff attendance and shift schedules.
- Develop a high-performance sales culture.
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure a luxury shopping experience for every customer.
- Provide personalized service to VIP clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Enhance repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
4. Operations & Stock Management
- Monitor inventory and stock levels.
- Oversee billing and cash management.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
- Maintain coordination with the Head Office and warehouse.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the retail sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Experience in jewelry or luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary
₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Time : 10:30Am to 8Pm
